Infiniti has dropped its first teaser of the QX60 Monograph, a prototype vehicle that will give us a preview of the redesigned QX60 SUV. The reveal is slated for Sept. 24th and–like other Infiniti Monograph reveals–be a thinly veiled view of the next QX60, which is sorely needed at this point.
The current QX60 dates back all the way to 2013 when it was still called the JX35. Infiniti has given it a few updates along the way, including a refresh for the 2016 model year. Nonetheless, by today’s standards the QX60 has rotted on the vine and is long overdue for an overhaul.
Infiniti’s teaser isn’t giving away much, other than a more modern lighting signature than the current QX60. If one overlays a little imagination, it could be concluded the QX60 Monograph is borrowing some of its design elements from the QX80 Monograph, which would not come as any surprise. We also expect a massive screen to serve as the centerpiece of the interior.
Expect additional details on the QX60 Monograph during its live-streamed reveal from Yokohama, Japan on Sept. 24th.
