Nissan’s intense product rollout is about to continue with an all-new Qashqai. Known as the Rogue Sport in the U.S., the new Qashqai is getting teased ahead of its scheduled reveal later this week.

The new Qashqai is showing itself off in a 15-second video spot. Typical of Nissan teasers, this one flashes a few high points of the new Qashqai’s exterior design. Among the hits is a glimpse at the new headlights, which look very similar to the ones found on the all-new Pathfinder. The video also depicts a unqiue design element at the convergence point of the hood and blacked-out A-pillar, confirming a two-tone paint scheme.

Around back the taillights are nearly an inverse of those found on the larger Rogue.

This new teaser is a good complement to previous teasers confirming details on the Qashqai’s interior. A new 12.3-inch touchscreen is expected to serve as the Qashqai’s interior centerpiece. A new digital gauge cluster display will also up the Qashqai’s game when it comes to technology. One can safely assume Nissan will offer all of its latest technology features, including wireless Apple CarPlay.

From a powertrain perspective the Qashqai will be leveraging Nissan’s E-Power powertrain in Europe. The E-Power setup leverages a 1.5-liter gasoline engine that only supplies power to a battery and electric motor. It’s effectively an extended-range electric vehicle setup.

Expect to hear further details on the new Nissan Qashqai on February 18th, when Nissan will take the wraps off it.
