Opel Teases New Crossland X

Today General Motors’ European brand Opel teased a new product on Twitter. The brand tweeted a photo of the upcoming Crossland X crossover ahead of its scheduled reveal this Wednesday.

The teaser shot shows a design theme on this crossover that’s very similar to that of the Mokka X. This crossover is expected to be larger than the Mokka and is technically the successor to the Meriva minivan. Rumors suggest the Crossland X will have a lot in common Citroen C3 Picasso; leveraging the odd alliance between General Motors and  French automaker Peugeot.

Opel has already announced it will reveal the Crossland X this Wednesday, with its formal world debut slated for the Geneva Motor Show.

totally UNfair to criticize it from that meager partial foto...so I better hurry up & DO that

but it just feels like GM (& FORD) just aren't trying hard enuf

now I definitely doN'T want atrocities like (most/all) Japanese brands (Not just ToyLex tho they ARE still WORST)

    but

imho they really need to experiment a bit more - refrain: design the plastic parts (front+rear) AND HL/TLs so they can be easily, affordably changed

    then

take a bit more of a chance ...preferably with YEARly modifications...

...unLESS they hit on a style everybody falls in Love with
