General Motors isn’t stopping with just one new Hummer. The company announced today it will reveal an SUV version of the GMC Hummer EV on April 3rd. Today’s teaser gives us a preview of the new SUV, which has long been rumored as being in the works.

Unsurprisingly, the Hummer EV SUV looks just like the 2022 Hummer EV, but without a pickup bed. This is a formula we’ve seen before, back when Hummer’s were gas-guzzlers. The H2 SUV was effectively the H2 SUT truck with an enclosed cargo area, expected of an SUV.

Expect the Hummer EV SUV’s powertrain options to be similar (if not identical) the the Hummer EV as well. This means 300 plus miles of range and up to three electric motors using GM’s Ultium battery system. The Hummer EV offers three different trim levels, plus a special Edition 1 model that sold out in rather short order.

Speaking of selling out, GMC has already said it will begin taking reservations for the GMC Hummer EV SUV on April 3rd, right after its scheduled reveal. Stay tuned!
