    2017 Land Rover Discovery Uncovered

    by Nick Saporito

Just hours ahead of its official debut, the 2017 Land Rover Discovery has leaked in its entirely. CarAdvice has snagged photos of the new Disco from an official brochure, providing just a slightly more revealing look than recent teaser shots.

The new Disco will carry on the legacy of the name itself by seating seven and having some off-road capability. Although it is worth noting that this vehicle is expected to fill the leisure side of the Land Rover lineup, whereas the Defender will be the hard-core off-roader of the lineup.

Power is expected to come from JLR's new Ingenium four-cylinders, a V-6 and potentially a hybrid variant. There's no word on whether or not it will get Land Rover's diesel, but that would be a nice addition to this product as well.

Further details are just hours away as the Disco will be revealed at the Paris Motor Show this week.

Unsurprising design, more interested in how they recreate the Defender

While the design isn't a huge departure I like what they did with the roof and 2 panel glass

At first I thought I was seeing a Ford Explorer.. Bravo on the 1000 lbs less weight thing. Between GM and LR diets have a whole new meaning.

Maybe it's the angle, but there is something that just looks off to me.

There's a lot of visible bulk behind the C-pillar. It's not a very pleasant look.
