There’s no question the current Lincoln Navigator is a popular vehicle. Strong have proven the Navigator’s success, and Lincoln is hoping to keep the Navigator train moving with more standard equipment and the option to de-chrome the 2020 model.

For as attractive as the Navigator is, there’s no denying it is laden with shiny chrome. The amount of brightwork on its exterior runs counter to trends of completely blacked-out vehicles and minimal chrome. Naturally, Lincoln is offering 2020 Navigator buyers the option to ditch nearly all the brightwork.

Dubbed the Monochromatic Package, checking this option box on the 2020 Navigator will remove the brightwork from the side vents, grille and most other areas. Buyers can only check this option box with white, black or gray exterior paint. The package also offers blacked-out wheels.

In addition, Lincoln is offering additional standard equipment on the 2020 Navigator. All trim levels will now have power running boards, heated and ventilated front seats, wireless phone charging and Lincoln CoPilot 360 as standard equipment.

Lincoln has also given the 2020 Navigator is phone as a key option, allowing buyers to leverage their smartphone as a key. The system also allows owners to grant temporary access to other phones.
