2019 Ford F-150 Limited Gains Raptor Power

For those wanting the power of the F-150 Raptor, but in an elegant package now have a solution. The 2019 Ford F-150 Limited will now pack the same power as the beastly Raptor.

More specifically, the Limited model will now be powered by the Raptor’s 3.5-liter EcoBoost V-6 with 450 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque. This is the first time Ford has offered the Raptor’s power output in the 3.5-liter in any other F-150.

Other elements of the top-tier trim F-150 remain unchanged. This means a satin finish trim on the exterior, coveted “Limited” badges and unique 22-inch wheels show off to everyone that you purchased the most expensive F-150 model.

Inside, Limited buyers are treated with a suede headliner, heated and ventilated front seats and other luxury touches. Ford refers to the F-150 Limited interior as one that “raises the bar” for premium pickup trucks.

The F-150 Limited is not new to the lineup, but the more powerful version will arrive in dealerships later this year. Thus far Ford has not disclosed the price tag for its top-dog F-150.

Still think there should be a Tremor successor with this engine.
Shame the limited only comes with a short bed.
Smart move I like it. Thing must fly.

Agreed. Talk about an easy way to drive people to buy this over the Platinum.
