Today Alfa Romeo has announced that certain European customers may now order their Alfa Romeo Giulia. Specifically the rear-wheel drive Giulia can be ordered in Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland and the Netherlands. While pricing varies between countries, the fundamentals of the car do not.

The Giulia is offered in three trim levels (Giulia, Super and Quadrifoglio) with five different engine options to select from. The engines range from a 2.2-liter diesel with 150 horsepower to the Quadrifoglio’s 2.9-liter twin-turbo V-6 that generates a healthy 505 horsepower. Each engine will offer the buyer’s choice of a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission, though the automatic will be a late addition to the Quadrifoglio trim level.

According to FCA, the Giulia is still on track to launch in North America later this year, but we’re not holding our breath just yet.
