Tesla is showing off a new teaser of its upcoming electric semi truck. The teaser comes on the company’s official invitation to the truck’s reveal, which is still scheduled for November 16th in Hawthorne, Cali.
In general, the teaser shows off quite a bit. We can see that the truck will have snazzy LED headlights and carry the same general, boxy shape that most semi trucks feature. It also appears the truck will have a wrap-around windshield, which would be slightly unique to the market.
Beyond what we can see in the new teaser, few details are known about the truck. Tesla has said in the past the range of the truck will be 200-300 miles per charge, slotting it firmly in the short-haul semi truck market.
Expected further details during the truck’s November 16th reveal. Tesla originally planned to reveal the new truck on October 26th, but the company had to cancel that reveal as it grapples with “production bottlenecks” of its Model 3 sedan.
