SEMA: 2018 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 Midnight and Dusk Editions

Automakers are pretty obsessed with black-out packages these days, including Chevrolet. The brand is continuing the trend at this year’s SEMA Show in Las Vegas with the introduction of the 2018 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 Midnight and Dusk Editions.

Carrying on the theme of Chevrolet’s other Midnight Edition products, such as the Silverado and Impala, the Colorado ZR2 is much the same. Chevy is throwing on its black bowties, black 17-inch wheels and a black bar across the back; all on top of black exterior paint, of course.

The Dusk Edition adds all the same goodies, only buyers can select from more exterior colors than simply black.

Both special editions will be available with Colorado’s 3.6-liter V-6 or its Duramax 2.8-liter turbo-diesel option. The show trucks on the floor at SEMA will also include parts from the Chevrolet Performance catalog, including a new intake and exhaust on the 3.6-liter.

SEMA begins on Oct. 31st and runs through Nov. 3rd. The Colorado ZR2 Midnight and Dusk Editions will be available for order later this year.
