Today Chevrolet announced pricing for the redesigned 2017 Chevrolet Trax compact crossover. According to Chevy, the Trax will wear a base price of $21,895 after a $895 destination fee. The new price reflects only a modest price increase from today’s version.
The 2016 Trax starts at $21,195, meaning the new version is only $700 higher. The fairly low increase is a bit of a surprise as the 2017 refresh has brought about a much more polished product. While the base prices of the outgoing and incoming models are close, as you creep up the option list the price variance grows. There’s nearly a $1,000 price difference between the top-end 2016 LTZ and 2017 Premier versions.
In addition to the new look, the 2017 Trax is gaining a new infotainment system, keyless ignition, LED lighting and more. A complete look at the 2017 Trax pricing is show below:
