2021 Cadillac Escalade Will Star In Spike Lee Film

Cadillac is ramping up to reveal the all-new 2021 Cadillac Escalade on February 4th. In order to hold everyone over until the reveal, Cadillac has issued another teaser as part of announcing that the new Escalade will star in a short film directed by Spike Lee.

The film, called Anthem, sounds like it will basically be a commercial for Cadillac.

Cadillac saying in a press release that the film “captures the presence, innovation and movement of the next-generation Escalade, with reverence for its more than two decades as a cultural icon.” The company went on to say the video will highlight the model’s 38-inch OLED display which offers “bold imagery, perfect blacks and the largest color range of any automotive display in production today.”

Aside from the film, Cadillac’s teaser (shown above) is further confirming the look of the 2021 Escalade. The image confirms a very upright front clip design with slim horizontal headlights and, of course, a massive grille. The shot confirms earlier leaked photos of the new Escalade.

Expect all the details on the 2021 Escalade on February 4th.

For some reason, I’m not feeling the new Escalade. The front and side looks very off, does not scream coo. The only thing the new Escalade has going for it is parts of the interior looks upscale.
